STORE MANAGER
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Store Assistant to join our team at Venus Engineering Works. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
 Receive and inspect incoming shipments
– Organize and maintain accurate inventory records
– Manage stock levels and optimize storage space
– Assist with order fulfillment and packing
– Maintain a clean and safe store environment
– Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
– Perform other duties as assigned by the management

HR EXECUTIVE
We’re seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team, responsible for managing human resources, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage entire HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, leave, and performance
  management
– Administer payroll, salary structure, and benefits using Tally ERP
– Ensure compliance with labour laws, such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements
– Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards for HR and management purposes
– Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
– Foster positive employee relations, handle grievances, and promote a positive work culture
– Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategic plans and goals
– Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct

We’re seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our team, responsible for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies, GeM portal management, and B2B marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement
– Manage and optimize our presence on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, ensuring compliance and timely updates
– Identify and pursue B2B marketing opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
– Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering, to align marketing efforts with business objectives
– Create engaging content, including product brochures, case studies, and social media posts, to showcase our products and expertise
– Analyze marketing performance, tracking metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or industrial setting would be prefered. Freshers may apply
– Strong understanding of GeM portal operations, compliance, and best practices
– Proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and sales enablement
– Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven marketing decisions
